"Didn’t use any of the amenities honestly as we were there for a cheer comp and rarely at the hotel. However the staff were lovely, felt very safe and secure there and overly clean! Loved it. "

The communication between Expedia and Ruby River is poor and after giving 48 hours notice I would not be using the third night of my booking, I remain trying to get a refund from one party or the other. Just book direct with this hotel."

"Nice and clean hotel, and fine overall, but I think it wasn’t quite as the photos suggested, especially the bistro, which was basically more of a cafeteria than a restaurant. And this is a nitpick, but the “cool” white lights (that look blue) mixed in with regular warmer white light bulbs in the room gave it a very sterile feel. I would not use the cool white lights. Lastly, I like bright bathroom and vanity areas. The area in the room was dimly lit. Otherwise, the stay was fine. "

"Do not like giving bad reviews. This was a horrible bed. We stayed in 214 and the springs in the bed come through. Then we get an email stating an item of clothing was found in OUR room. Definitely not our child’s clothing. We had no kids. Therefore the room was not thoroughly cleaned before we stayed in it. Scary thought "

"The interior was extremely well decorated and my only complaints was the bedding. The beds are too hard but, that's only my opinion. So all in all I would recommend this hotel for someone's stay in spokane "
