「excellent service, cleaners replace sheets and towels every day, the whole building was very clean and tidy, comfortable beds, only complaint which is minor is that there was no stove to cook on which makes it not optimal for a budget friendly holiday if you want to save money by cooking at home, aside from this, an excellent hostel for the price!」

「Staff helped me after my passport and cell phone was stolen on the metro in Porto. Embassy closed today and Rayanaire would no let me on the plane so came back to Hostel and they printed out my bus ticket to Madrid. They even got me an Uber to go to the police station to report the theft. 」
