「no hot water at the first night」

「L'auberge est très bien situé. Il y avait tout ce dont on a besoin, par exemple dans la cuisine qu'on doit partager. Il a aussi plusieurs salles de bain. Et c'est très propre. Puis, la propriétaire est toujours disponible. Je reviendrai assurément!」

「We booked a 2bedrooms (2 adults/2kids). One of the beds was not comfortable and did not sleep very well. We appreciated the terrasse with a beautiful view and also the kitchen amenities. We used the microwave to heat some of our meals, and made ourselves some coffee, tea and hot chocolate anytime we wanted. The umbrellas were very useful too! My recommandation for the breakfast would be to add some fresh fruit. Overall, we really liked it! Very welcoming and charming.」

「We stayed here with our two children, but the experience was very disappointing. None of the bed sheets were clean—they all smelled like someone had just slept in them. The kitchen was not available, and the hot tub was uncomfortable to use with the hosts nearby. When I raised these issues, the host argued and said I was “just looking for something wrong.” We eventually received a refund but had to find another place to stay.
