According to the staff on site, this amenities fee is for breakfast, the gym, etc. (we did not use any of these services) Expedia advertises the breakfast as free. 「Clean nice new building but the bed was like something from ikea that maybe cost $50 mattress terrible and frame squeaking every time I move. If you want to sleep passed sunrise good luck the curtains are non existent and blinds are half click above mini blinds. I won’t ever stay at one of these again I can promise that !」
