The fan had a whistle that made noise every time it turned on. front desk staff excellent. Lynette was very accommodating in spite of a full room of cancelled flight clients. "

"Allen at the front desk (manager?) was great! Very nice, welcoming, knows what he's doing. Only thing I'd mention is that the room was super clean, but whatever they're using to clean it stuck around. Smelled like hospital-level disinfectant. So, you know it's clean, but it's just a really intense smell that sticks around the whole time. "
