「Il personale dell’hotel Smeraldo è stato molto disponibile e gentile. In particolare Pierpaolo, che ci ha dato ottimi consigli su zone da visitare al di fuori delle principali aree turistiche, e Giorgio, che ci ha aiutato a chiamare l’ambulanza quando mio marito ha avuto un improvviso attacco di calcoli biliari. Grazie mille! La colazione era davvero buona, con sia dolce che salato. Molto apprezzato anche il fatto che al mattino si potesse avere un vero cappuccino.」

「This property was exactly what I was looking for in my stay while in Rome. It was very quiet and the grounds were upkept and very lush. I loved the surrounding area for great food at a slower pace than what you’re going to see in the heart of Rome. Better food too in my opinion. The room was super comfortable, clean and had every amenity you could think of. The complimentary water was a great amenity as well. I would certainly not hesitate to stay here again for any future visits to Rome.」

「Had a wonderful experience at Chapter Roma. The staff was amazing and helped with everything we needed such as switching rooms due to a issue with our original room. The said they can help with recommendations and reservations if needed and called for a taxi back to the airport our last day. 」

「Lovely place tucked away with great location for all the main sightseeing areas. Very comfortable bed and Alberto was full of great ideas for places to drink and dine too. We had a super time. 」
