「At this time of year there were not many guests at the hotel. It appeared that no more than a few rooms were occupied. Yet, when we arrived early - we were told to wait. Ok, lunch in town and a walk around - and yet when we returned we were not allowed in our room until the designated time. Not very friendly or helpful 」

It was hard not having hot water for a shower and not being offered some kind of voucher (for example, a complimentary night in the future) to account for the lack of hot water during our 4 day stay. 「Initially, likely because we had Expedia points to use for a free room, they put us in an handicap room which was unnecessary for our needs & right next to the noisy pool. But after a short discussion & kind request with helpful staff we were relocated to a suite that was newly renovated & quite lovely. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay & would recommend this hotel without question.」
