「Very Clean, comfortable and very easy to communicate 」

「Felt very at home in this leafy first floor apartment. Extremely close to the Astor Theatre. Communication re parking was a little unclear but we figured it out. Excellent for attending concerts and so on in St Kilda and surrounds.」

「Rooms were amazing. The location is a bit far out from the city but a tram is nearby. 」

「Our stay did not match the expectations set by the listing. The apartment was extremely dusty throughout, including the blinds, surfaces, even closet hangers, light switches, lamps and air-conditioning units. The AC/heating unit in the bedroom did not work at all, and the unit in the living room was so dusty that we could not use it due to dust sensitivities. 「The property has parking and is in a very good location. It’s an easy walk to the beach & there are lots of great restaurants nearby. There were a couple of small issues like a blown globe in a lamp on our arrival. The kitchen is not very well stocked. There was only one wine glass. I know there’s a no party policy, but that seems extreme. Apart from that, the apartment was comfortable enough for myself & my two children for our six night stay. 」
