Greatly appreciated the kind staff. Checking in was smooth through the online notifications. Was also great to have amenities available on the first floor like extra tissue, tea and even a toothbrush.

I really don’t know where to start. Everything was so wonderful. The staff could not possibly have been more helpful or pleasant. When we arrived as Expedia members, we were given early check-in assured that we could check out as late as 2 o’clock our room was upgraded to a harbor view and a higher floor for a better view. We were also given an envelope full of coupons which included discounts for a single meal, free drinks, and a discount for lunch. The food in the restaurant was world class and at ordinary prices.. everything in the hotel is clean organized and it’s obvious that hospitality comes natural there.
