「I never lived so nice hotel in America! All stuves are so friendly even my English is not very good. And felt so relaxing of the room with warm color. I felt so happy when I lived here every day. 不誇張，在美國住到目前為止我覺得最好的飯店。第一是房間的色調很溫暖且繽紛，不像一些比較高級的飯店都是以銀白色或純米色為主。第二是每個員工都很友善，就算我英文不是很好也很願意跟我介紹各項設施。第三是早餐很多元，每天都不太一樣，難得可以吃到不是煎焦的培根跟辣雞肉熱狗。第四是洗衣服不貴，洗1.5烘1.25，沒洗衣粉的話可以問問看櫃臺。最後是櫃臺的中年黑人大叔真的人很好，英文不錯的推薦可以多跟他聊聊天。」

Please note: I had trouble going down to the lobby in the morning due to four factors: [1] the elevators are very slow, [2] one of the few elevators was out of service, [3] there were a large number of construction workers filling the elevators, so the wait for a useable elevator was 10 to 15 minutes (and I had a plane to catch), [4] the stairs do not go the the lobby; they’re only for emergency exit (I tried, and had to climb...

「Everything was wonderful . Rooms were nice and clean as well as spacious . Front desk staff was very accommodating. However I have to say Tim who worked overnight seemed to be prejudiced when it came to getting water and peanuts which are complementary. Every staff member but him would provide snacks he stated we had to pay for it but even when he scanned the water or other snack item it wouldn’t ring up- why because it’s free.
