"We decided to book a staycation for one night over the rainy Memorial Day weekend. Our main hope was to use the pool for our three small children. Unfortunately, the pool was FREEZING. "Heat didn’t work in the room, my daughter was cold so I had to call for extra blankets because none in the room. Room was dirty and check-in took over an hour because they only had 2 people working. Kids running/screaming the halls all hours of the night."
