However the staff was COMPLETELY honest and helpful courteous and professional, they went above and beyond to make contact as soon as the manager arrived, on a weekend late at night, and manually entered us into a beautiful room with an amazing view. The breakfast was excellent. No hot tub though :( "

The bar manager made me a perfect cup of tea and was so warm and welcoming. The next morning, we asked for a local recommendation at the front desk, and once again — they nailed it.
