「Hotel was fairly clean and tidy, under the beds had not been cleaned in quite some time and the bathroom was in need of a good deep clean as there was mould in the corner of the shower and dust on top of the shampoo and shower gel. Staff were very nice and helpful. Room was very comfortable.」

「Nice friendly reception staff, lovely clean room with a safe, iron and iron board, refreshments available. Pool, jacuzzi and sauna very well kept, lovely bar service nice and friendly and food was lovely. Comfy bed and soft pillows. We had a lovely full English breakfast in the morning where you could help yourself to whatever you wanted, we would definitely stay here again, nice and relaxing overnight stay.」

「A very pleasant stay Room was lovely」

「All the staff went over an above to make our stay really relaxing and enjoyable. Nothing was to much trouble. Good ol fashioned service, for us it has set the benchmark that others will be judged by.」

「Not very clean.」

「Nice, modern hotel, felt like it is brand new. The staff was really nice, everywhere was clean. The food was good quality and service was great.」

「The wifi was down the entire stay, very disappointed.」

「前台服務員很好 早餐有點失望 煎蛋放得太久太硬」

「My overall assessment on the stay would rate it no more than a three star. There are some minor maintenance issues that need to be looked into. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. Food was very good and the full English was excellent. The idea of filling out what you wanted for breakfast the previous day was not really how I would like it as this might change, I would prefer to decide on the day. Conclusion: The accommodation was a little tired and in need of a spruce up.」

「Beware if you are thinking about booking their rooms. Telephone attendant have no idea when their reception open/closes. They told us the checkin is open until 12AM and when we reach at 11:30, there was no one - they locked and went home. Their emergency number is another joke, don’t expect anyone will help you in case of emergency at night. We cancelled our trip and went back.」

「Room 9 Bathroom shower was a disaster. One could not turn off the overhead shower fixed head in order to use just the hand-held shower.」

「Breakfast was really good.」
