Our March stay: Clean room with small balcony (bathroom could use some refurbishment). Staff were absolutely lovely. Plenty of beach towels. Great little outdoor bar at the pool with live music off and on. The restaurant/bar at the front had very good food: breakfast, lunch, dinner with covered outdoor seating away from the lively pool activity. Tasty coffee (and cheap!) with free refills til 10. Convenient shuttle stop to different beaches etc. We’ll be back!"

"Absolute misrepresentation of what the pictures look like or the acclaimed 4-Star hotel classification. The entire property is old and could use a total renovation (particularly the scary-old elevators). Rooms are tiny and look so old as well. The restroom sink is outdated in size and style (a tiny flat surface sink with a wooden bottom stand with doors) and also had a bad smell. The television is probably the most annoying mess of the lot (perhaps the last straw that triggered this review) - a completely outdated TV from the 90s that has no semblance of modernity and you would find better quality televisions laying on the streets than the ones in the rooms. TIP: If you keep such TVs, add a channel booklet to help guests find channels. Other ridiculous takeaways: 1. Charging $100/day incidental deposit 2. $22/day self-parking 3. No refrigerator or microwave in rooms "
