「Amazing hotel. We had the premium room and the view was to die for, truly magical. Plus you get to see the sunrise from the room! Hotel staff were excellent and granted us slightly early check in which was nice. The amenities were great, including superb breakfast as well as the included tea time with amazing cakes. The area around the hotel is super safe and had no concerns walking around at night. In general we felt very safe in Paraty. Pharmacy and a small supermarket are within 2 mins walk....

Porém precisa de manutenção, o colchão estava mofado, ou com ácaros o que me causou rinite, e a escada quebrou e meu namorado caiu, no forro do teto tinham algum tipo de bichinho, no início achei que eram ratos, e faziam bastante barulho, mas aparentemente eram gambás, o estacionamento também é bem pequeno tem que ter muito cuidado pra manobrar. No mais café da manhã bom e a localização excelente. 」

「Equipe gentil, mas a primeira acomodação em que fui alocado, o ar condicionado fazia muito barulho, para poder dormir tive que desligá-lo e com isso sofremos com o calor, o colchão muito desconfortável, resumo uma noite em claro, no dia seguinte, após registrar uma reclamação, fizeram a troca do apartamento, porém no ultimo dia o ar também começou a fazer barulho, menor que o do primeiro apartamento. No resto tudo dentro do normal」

「Bom atendimento. O quarto é enorme, o ar condicionado e a televisão funcionam. Café da manhã agradável e o local bem tranquilo pra dormir. Tem piscina!」

「Our stay at Casa Mar was such a great experience. The staff really took care of us and couldn't have asked for a better time there. We really appreciated that its located in a beautiful quite cove away from Paraty, but close enough (10-15 min) drive to the town for dinner and exploring. We would highly recommend it.」
