A pousada é tranquila e bem cuidada! Fomos muito bem recebidos. O café da manhã é ótimo. O ar condicionado do nosso quarto ar não estava funcionando, mas optamos por nem reclamar, porque o clima estava ameno, passávamos o dia na rua e não comprometeu nosso sono.

Fim de semana relaxante!!

Eu e meu esposo fomos muito acolhidos na pousada pelos funcionários, em especial a Nicolle, que deu toda assistência no que fosse preciso, café maravilhoso, vista belíssima!

Pousada muito boa, mas nao excelente como falam... A Bia é sensacional... Problema é o cafe da manha, nao o atendimento nem o esquema (apesar de ser cardapio com poucas variedades por sinal) mas o numero de gente atendendo (2)... Elas, que sao otimas, ficam loucas com tanta gente mas a culpa é do proprietario que é pao duro... Bangeiro com chuveiro fraco e entupido...má manutencao !!! Nao sei se voltaria!!!

A pousada tem boa localizaçao, com uma vista linda, ambiente silencioso e de encontro com a natureza. Alem disso, o espaço todo estava bem limpo, com otima estrutura de quarto. Em relaçao ao cafe da manha, achei poucas opçoes e uma certa demora ao realizar pedidos a cozinha, de aproxidamente 20 min. Por fim, tinham poucos funcionarios trabalhando, o qual repercutia nessa parte da demora do cafe da manha. No mais, otima estadia e possivelmente retornarei.

Se cortó la energía eléctrica, por ende no había ni luz ni aire acondicionado ni wifi ni qgua caliente. Ese dia fuimos para el centro de paraty y al volver a la habitacion, alguien había entrado previamente y nos robó tarjetas de crédito y de débito. Al no haber habido energía eléctrica, no funcionaban las cámaras de seguridad. El personal del desayunador es muy amable pero no volveremos mas. Es la segunda vez que vamos y siempre se ha cortado la energía eléctrica.

Pontos positivos: - Limpeza impecável. - Poucos quartos, o que torna a pousada sem muito movimento e com isso maior disponibilidade em usufruir as estruturas oferecidas. - Funcionários atenciosos, cordiais e simpáticos, em especial a Kelly e a Marisa. - Quarto agradável, completo, cama e travesseiros super confortáveis, roupas de cama limpas, serviço de quarto diário. - Piscina muito boa, com água climatizada. O que poderia melhorar (não são pontos negativos): - Café da manhã com poucas opções, sem sistema de buffet, faltam algumas opções de doces (pães doces, bolos) e frutas. O café da manhã funciona por sistema de cardápio. Ao meu ver seria mais interessante o sistema self-service, mas entendo que por ser uma pousada pequena acredito que tenham optado em trabalhar desta forma com objetivo de evitar prejuízos. - Localização não é das melhores, distante do centro da cidade, aproximadamente 20 minutos (de carro), sendo necessário e obrigatório o deslocamento de carro para qualquer local, pois não há comércio nas imediações e a pousada não disponibiliza demais refeições além do café da manhã. Não é algo que incomoda, mesmo com ausência de comércios é um ambiente tranquilo e silencioso, para quem busca descanso longe de agitação é um excelente local. - Devido a pousada estar instalada em uma região de serra e muita mata, existem muitos insetos, principalmente lagartixas, é impressionante a quantidade delas quando anoitece, mas é uma situação que acredito que fuja do cont

Experiência incrível, lugar maravilhoso! Quarto confortável com linda visão para o mar. Destaque para o café da manhã muito bem servido, ele é feito na hora de acordo com as opções disponíveis, ou seja, tudo muito fresco! As Senhoras Mariusa e Célia nos atenderam muito bem, educadas e prestativas. A Hiolanda que nos recepcionou também nos atendeu bem!

Sem manutenção de ar condicionado

Chegamos cansados sem dormir a madrugada toda viajando. , um calor de quase 38 graus , e simplesmente o ar condicionado não estava funcionado !! Tivemos q arrumar outro hotel pois não tinha outro quarto vago , horrível a experiência! Deveria ter manutenção preventiva

Tudo maravilhoso. Quarto aparentemente recém reformado, tudo muito limpinho. Apenas o chuveiro que não agradou. Largo, porém sem pressão e os jatos atravessados. Lavar um cabelo longo após um dia de praia torna-se cansativo. Café da manhã fora do convencional (não fica tudo exposto e vc se serve), porém não tenho nada a reclamar. Muito bem servido e saboroso, feito na hora.

Boa pousada. Existe porens.

A pousada é ótima. Atendimento excelente. Porém fica muito longe do centro de Paraty. Um mercado ou farmácia fica pelo menos 10km. O café da manhã foi um pouco estranho, precisamos ficar pedindo o que queremos comer em um cardápio limitado e demora um pouco para vir. A TV também não funcionou nenhum dia.

Ótimo custo benefício

Café da manhã ótimo, pessoal simpático. Vista bonita, chuveiro com água quente, cama confortável, quarto sem claridade de manhã e a água da piscina não estava gelada, não sei sei o pessoal faz algo em relação a isso. Único ponto de atenção seria em relação ao sinal, meu celular ficou totalmente incomunicável. Não aconselho ir sem carro, o custo para ir e voltar do centro fica um pouco alto.

Dias de paz e tranquilidade

Nossa estadia foi uma experiência maravilhosa,lugar aconchegante e por não ser alta temporada, tivemos o privilégio de desfrutar de dias bem tranquilos, com uma visão privilegiada do nascer do sol e da natureza em volta. Fica a uns 8km do centro e em frente tem a Toca do pastel que funciona durante o dia, no entanto, a noite você conta com delivery ou vai ao centro para fazer as refeições. Quero deixar um agradecimento pela recepção maravilhosa que tivemos, em especial para Bia que sempre foi muito atenciosa e solicita conosco. Voltaremos com toda certeza.
