「The only issue was with the lack of a wake up call on my first day when I had a morning tour planned. Neither of the two I requested went through. However, I am in a Portuguese speaking country and was not equipped to request a wake-up call in that language. The one staff member was not able to understand me, so I noted the next time I asked for a call, she wrote an hour later down- when I noted it, and wrote the correct time, she had another staff member aid me and we were able to...
