"First time to this beautiful hotel we will be back. Staff friendly & very helpful. While we was there we had an evening meal which was delicious. Car park at the back of the hotel was brilliant plenty of spaces. Nice walk to the water front which is only a short walk."

"During our stay at the hotel, we appreciated the exceptionally clean rooms and the daily upkeep of cleanliness. The staff were highly professional and attentive to guests, providing valuable information about local tourist attractions. Although I did not utilize the spa services, I found the indoor play area for children to be remarkable, and the breakfast offered was quite satisfactory. Overall, the experience was very positive."

"Terrific location across the street from train station so easy access to Anglesey without high prices. Quaint, comfortable & clean. Fabulous restaurant with Thai food. Staff were friendly and so helpful."

"Room and bedroom were lovely, french doors with garden outdoor view , you would not expect that from the front door of your room and the front area , bit shabby and dated, saying that bathroom very dated was clean but could do with modernization. Pool was my biggest let down, small very busy and again generally little shabby , temp was good , but I didn't stay in for long , on our visit jacuzzi was full of young lads , all friends couldn't get near it . Quite a walk to breakfast from our room/ chalet, so took car ( disabled) breakfast very basic , can't say much more, not memorable. The area is beautiful, river and scenery, cute shops , obviously expensive, train area good place to visit , enough places to eat and get coffee , we come back regularly so great place. Carpark is broken up deffo needs attention. ."

"The majority of the rooms is not in the castle but in a converted barn, paper thin walls so you can hear everything happening in the next room. Some rooms don’t have connected bathrooms so you hear the doors constantly slam as they need to use the toilet. The meal in the restaurant costs 70 each and the amount of food you get is embarrassing, they will hide behind this by saying it’s fancy food but I would not even feed it to my dog. Save your money as even if you are rich and can afford it I suggest you find a different place. "
