「Architecturally the hotel is very pleasing to the eye with the limestone exterior and modern entrance. The hotel is in very good condition and smells lovely. All of the facilities were excellent and clean. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Special thanks to Valentin, Enzo, Pierre and Barbara. The rooms and bathroom were very stylish and clean. The hotel was busy but there was minimal noise in the rooms even at the weekend. Food in the restaurant was good but I wouldn’t really bother...

「我們幸運的被升等，非常喜歡他們的房間有品味有風格很有味道又很寬敞。可惜服務人員很難叫的到，我們在泳池想點飲料請工作人員幫我們叫人來等到最後都沒有人來，請人送我以及行李到主樓也等了半個小時。所以延遲了午餐時間吃的很趕。我覺得很可惜。也許你需要有車才適合住別館，如果你想放鬆可能住主樓很多事情會來的更便捷」

「Everything about our experience was exceptional. My partner stayed here with a baby for 5 nights while I was working and she felt safe and very well taken care of. The staff were polite, friendly and accommodating. Would definitely stay here again. The shower could have been a little cleaner but that’s just nitpicking.」

「Superb service from all the staff and the best part is breakfast can also be served in room! Room was big and newly renovated, highly recommended to stay here if you want a chateau experience but with a modern touch. 」

「Fantastic place on the garonne river. Loved having picnics outside and taste the wide selection of self pouring wines. Staff were excellent apart from a lady at the front desk that was kind of rude on the fact that we could not bring food to the swimming pool ( that wasn’t explained to us at check in ), she made us feel very uncomfortable. But the two other gentleman at the front desk were great!」

「Overall a great value. Staff was very helpful. Location was close to many main parts of the city. Room was spacious. Bed was a bit hard and the bathroom a bit awkward but overall a great place to stay with the family. 」

「Très accueillant hôtel sympathique bien situé propre. Dommage que quand on loue une nuit on ne pas payer un supplément pour le lendemain après-midi. Obligé de rendre le logement à 11h du matin le lendemain pour une nuit par contre, dans l'ensemble sympathique tranquille et tout est accessible autour de l'hôtel」
