Nous avons déposé nos bagages dans notre chambre, et avons senti une odeur désagréable dans les sanitaires. Nous l'avons signalé à la réception puis nous sommes allés diner à l'extérieur. Quand nous sommes revenus dans notre chambre, l'odeur était encore plus nauséabonde ! Nous avons été obligés de nous lever dans la nuit pour ouvrir la fenêtre. Nous avons signalé cela à la réception qui nous a répondu que "c'était la faute des femmes de chambre..!" On ne nous a présenté aucune excuse ! L'adresse de votre hôtel est à oublier .

Nous venons chaque année lors de notre retour de vacances pour prendre l'avion. Rien à dire, l'hôtel est correct, bon rapport qualité prix. Seul petit bémol, certaines chambres mériteraient d'être rénovées notamment la moquette de notre chambre pour cette fois-ci, mais sinon, il fait vraiment le job et 5 minutes de l'aéroport, restaurant sur place ou dans la zone avec un Italien et un Libanais excellents !

This area was convenient for accessing the airport. The service at front desk was unfriendly and dismissive. Check in staff was rude throughout the interaction. Then, we discovered that one of our rooms was extremely unclean with a pervasive odour of urine. We asked for help in addressing this. We were unable to switch rooms and were told that the room could not be cleaned again. Front desk said that they would come with products to deal with smell, but nobody came. It was a very unpleasant stay, to say the least. I would not recommend this hotel.
