「Breakfast staffs were friendly.」

「You will do yourself a favor booking this hotel, the staff is pleasant and cordial. The room is so well kept. Beautiful Hotel well located just a couple minutes from Spanish Steps and Trevi Fonti.」

「The property is clean and the room is spacious and the bed is comfortable. It took a very long time (we waited for more than 30 minutes) to store the lugguages at the lobby when we arrived at the property at 11 am. When we came back to check in, the room was not ready and we didn’t get our keys until 3:45 pm.」
