「Una experiencia súper creo que hay pocos lugares en Bransom que te brinden lo que puedes tener ahí yo me hospedé del 11 de septiembre al 14 de septiembre de este año 2025 y fue todo una maravilla sin dudar puedo decir que volveré a hospedarme ahí estoy muy contento de haber encontrado algo tan especial déjame decirles que dudé por un momento que todo fuera como estaba en el post pero realmente todo súper yo lo recomiendo un 1000% sin temor a equivocarme 」

「The property is beautiful, front desk was professional, breakfast was great. The room was a different story. The curtain must be completely open otherwise the ac blows straight up into the very large voluminous curtain and not into the room at all. The bed is a lowrider about a foot off the ground and the mattresses are set inside some kind of roomy wooden box atop a nest of old hair and dead bugs. The mattresses are like blankets on cardboard. 「My husband and I are early risers, and we have come to expect having fresh-brewed coffee available in the lobby, if not all the time, then in the breakfast area prior to breakfast at 7:00. There was a coffee maker in the room but only one packet of regular coffee. The second day. I knew to ask for more coffee packets at the desk. Otherwise, we enjoyed the beautiful lobby and the room with the fireplace where we could play games with our granddaughter. We also enjoyed the proximity of the hotel...

「It was a nice property, clean, helpful staff, super close to everything. Walking distance to Walmart or McDonalds. The room, beds and bathroom were super clean. I like that they have the indoor and outdoor pool. We also used the washer and dryer, the price was not bad and they were cleaned-easy to use. You can’t go wrong with the included breakfast! It was a nice stay, definitely going back to Grand Oaks Hotel!!」

「The two front desk ladies I spoke with, Tanya and Amanda, seemed to know nothing. Perhaps some additional training for those two as the only answers or resolutions offered were to wait and talk to their manager the next morning. Also, the hotel was overbooked - we paid for a king plus sofa bed and they put us in a hearing impaired room that was incredibly dirty - there was sticky residue on the nightstand, it looked as though the room was thrown together last minute with the oldest furniture in...
