「The place is in a good location, u have 23 min the historic town . 20 min for rock island beach the big problem is that theres many roaches . 」

「Had a great girls weekend at the Saint, Randy did so much to make our stay enjoyable. Everything you need, you can find there. Bicycles, beach chairs, coolers, wagons, are readily available. Nice pool and hot tub area with bar and happy hour. 」

「Cozy, quiet, clean. bus nearby to travel. Loved the beach access. Walking distance to plaza nearby with coffee and food. Nice place if you’re looking to simply unwind and relax. Staff were friendly and accommodating. 」

「The rooms were nice, our room only had the 2 beds and microwave and fridge. No hairdryer so make sure to bring one. It is about a 15 minute drive to Clearwater which was nice to eat. There were not any shops in a walking distance but the beach was right on property!! 」

「We were very disappointed the water park was NOT included in our stay. All pictures showed it was. If you missed the cleaning lady it was hard to get clean towels and toilet paper. The building is very old, it is clean though. Never any towels at the pool. 」

「Had an awesome stay at this almost beachside hotel. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and helpful from the moment I arrived. The room was clean and comfortable, and the swimming pool was a perfect spot to relax after a day in the sun. Overall, a smooth, enjoyable experience and a place I’d happily return to.」

「Older resort. It was difficult to find the office; had to stop by the Hilton to find it. Need to have a big sign that says New Hotel Harbourside Resort before you enter office parking lot. It was very cold and WINDY, so they waived the park fee. Condo was clean. Could have had hangers in the closet. Not much space for clothing. No suitcase holder in either room. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Will go back to Harbourside again.」
