"The facility needs to be renovated, but it's clean and the rooms are comfortable. Jag, the front desk clerk is terrific. Very friendly and helpful. The location is also wonderful. It's less than 5 minutes from the soccer fields at Portneuf Wellness Complex. For a soccer family on a budget, this a nice, affordable place to stay."

"The bed was comfortable and breakfast was good! The floors, bed covers, toilet, and walls were worn out and dirty. Would have liked an extra blanket in the room since the bedcovers were thin. I turned up the heat instead. It did not mention online that the pool and hot tub were out of service. It would have been nice if that was mentioned online."

"The room was dirty, trim falling off the wall, looked like a mouse had run across our bed when we walked in from mice poop on the bedspread. We ran out of toilet paper because there was barely any there to begin with and there werent any extra rolls, no tissues in the tissue holder, and the floor looked as though it hadnt been vaccummed in a long time."
