This place should be condemned. Had 3 rooms all had issues, shower didn’t work in one, toilet ran all night TV didn’t work hair on the bathroom vanity in an another, old and needs full renovation or demolition.

The property is in a well trafficked area so there was a good amount of noise all night. The building is older and a bit rundown. It’s obvious some effort is being put in to try and fix this a bit but there is also evidence of just covering stuff up. Paint on light switch plates and door molding hint at quick fix over proper fix. The furniture is from the 80s but in ok shape. Parking is tight for larger vehicles but otherwise adequate. There was a run down car with a flat that hadn’t moved in awhile which was odd. Despite this the staff was nice and the rooms were clean. I appreciate their pet policy and the ease of check-in/out. The breakfast is pastries, toast, bagels, yogurt and cereal. Nothing fancy but will get you through to lunch.

The room was in complete disrepair and a state of neglect. The paint was peeling, lightbulbs out, toilet and shower badly stained, curtains unhooked from the curtain rod. The one star was for the maid who was very kind and helpful.

Toilet didn’t flush, bathroom door didn’t lock or close, paint peeling on walls, numerous repairs done to walls ( poorly) chair was filthy, plug in was covered up by rug baseboard.This will be our final stay at this chain forever!! If it wouldn’t have been so late when we got into town I would have rather slept in my car! Totally disgusting, we didn’t even bother to check out the breakfast as it was bad enough that we slept there! I sure wasn’t going to eat there. Shame on them

From the second one the receiver had and awfull smell, nobody in the front desk, we had to be calling to a phone number every single time we wanted to be helped by someone. When we parked there was a lot of ice in the parking lot (specially in the handicapped spots) it didn't look like anyone cared. The lack on cleaning was unbelievable, we were there just 2 nights, the bathtub had pink mold around the drain, it doesn't seem like they care a lot about the maintenance of the place (the grab bars in the bathtub had screws that were completely off), the sink would stink every time we wanted to wash our hands or brush our teeth, we had to go get our own water because it was uncomfortable to try to brush your teeth with that smell, the toilet seems old and with poor maintenance, the sheets and blankets were stained it was really gross to have to sleep there. When we left again nobody was there to check us out, when i called just told me to leave the key, when most of the times in other hotels they personally check you out and let you know if there is an extra charge for anything. I can say, i didn’t pay much for this staying, i think it was around 140. But if you really care about your health and are looking for a relaxing place worry free, go somewhere else. They need a change on management or new staff because something is not working there.

No toilet paper in room when arrived, but a thick black ring around toilet bowl. No hot water in the morning when tried to shower. No hot water or coffee in the breakfast area. I am very easy to please - just asking for the basics here.

It was okay. It was an inexpensive room for a night while travelling on the way to somewhere else. No big deal. The beds were quite comfortable. The place is obviously old, but it wasn't terrible. The bathroom showed the most age, with a poorly caulked sink and a toilet that ran all night. But the showerhead was up-to-date, and it worked well. Overall, it seemed like decent value for the price.
