「This hotel is absolutely beautiful. I believe at the time that I went it was about six months old even many of the local didn’t know about the hotel. Its interior decor is phenomenal. They have a breakfast spot a bakery and a bar in the rooms are very unique not overly big, but just the amount of space that you need.」

「Breakfast was not what I expected. Instead of a buffet, with a lot to choose from, it resembled a small hospital cafeteria. Rooms were clean, only thing I didn’t like about the single room, was that the sink was in the room and not where it should’ve been in the bathroom. As far as the staff goes, some were nice, and others weren’t. One of the staff members made me feel like I was not welcome there.」

「The staff were amazing. Friendly and informative. However, the penthouse could have been cleaner. The floor looked as if it wasn’t swept in a while. The tub was dirty and had to be cleaned before using. And the tub also doesn’t drain properly. The bathroom ceiling leaks water throughout the day as well. 」

「When i got to Medellin i got scamed by another hotel. So this was my only option because everything was sold out for a concert. The first 2 nights they charged me 20$ the next night they wanted me to book via Expedia ( more expensive ) 681 to be exact. Room are run down. Beds are well made. No hot water, no airconditioning, noisy the whole day. To make it more fantastic i have a phobia for cockroaches. The 3rd night during the night there was little ones in the bathroom. 「It is a nice hotel, located in the heart of provenza. Clean and well maintained but I chose that hotel specifically because it said that all the rooms were soundproof but it was just the opposite. You won’t be able to sleep before 3.30」
