「Notificamos que el Aire Acondicionado no estaba enfriando y solo dijeron que estaba en su máxima temperatura, cuando afuera el clima estaba más frio que en el cuarto. Me he hospedado antes en este hotel y no había tenido esta situación sin embargo esta vez no ayudaron mucho.」
