「Great location and views. Nice towels. Comfortable beds. Apt spacious and host left us fruit and milk in the kitchen. Host helped us get our luggage to hotel and then to parking. Also helped at checkout. Host gave great restaurant recommendations. Only issue is shower would be small for a large person.」

「It's a beautiful hotel indeed, with a lot to offer: a historical embience, elegant decor, spacious rooms, convenient location (both Duomo & Fontana di Diana are within a 10-min walk), simple yet adequate breakfast.... But all these good qualities are offset by a lack of maintenance of its facilities (shower head that seems like breaking down and keeps leaking water from its handle, air conditioner that shuts itself down within 30 mins of operation...) . 「The owner is kind who allows me to postpone my booking date even if the refundable date has expired. The room is clean and big, bed is comfortable, the only disadvantage is facing a busy traffic road. I am very disappointed with the breakfast, it is provided in a nearby Cafe store, only includes a cup of coffee and a croissant, I need to pay for extra order and there' s not many food options to choose.」

「Maria, Andrea, Derique and his wife (with a very old dog) were delightful hosts, who made every effort to make a stay pleasant! The hotel is very well located right in the center of the town (a bit challenging to drive to, if you have car!). And, breakfast was always great, with plenty of freshly made cappuccinos.」

「 The hotel staffer is nice, very helpful and we can communicate with each other in English. The hotel is close to train station and town centre but it takes a little time to locate it. The hotel sign board is quite small and not so easy to identify. There is an Asian restaurant next to the hotel which I enjoy having food there. The hotel is located on the 2nd floor of the building and there is no elevator. I appreciate and thank that the hotel staffer gives me a helping hand to deliver luggage...
