Our stay was good, we had parked 10 minute walk from the hotel at a parking lot 16 euros per day very good price. Staff was nice however was not there on time for check out and we had to get on the road waited 30 minutes.

This place was an excellent choice - good location to explore Ortiga, the staff was extremely friendly, the hotel is newly renovated, rooms very clean. Definitely recommended.

Ok

Hotel is modest but overall very good check was fine and breakfast ok only thing I found an issue was the front door was locked which may sound fine but if you didn’t have you key it might be a problem. You were suppose to lock it especially at night and you had to rely on others to do so which was often not the case. There was not often a person at the desk no other issues and still worth the stay

Reception was nice, it seemed we were the only guists and quickly she changed our room from the third floor to the first. There was no elevator and we had heavy luggage. No help. The bathroom was very dirty and outdated, brown tiles, the water at sink didnt run. The toilet holder was loose. Breakfast was a few minutes away but nobody spoke English. Overal it was ok but not worth this money. We stay in much better hotels for less.

Fint lille hotel i Siracusa

Nyeva Mastrarura er et fint lille hotel på øen Ortigia. To broer forbinder øen med resten af Siracusa. Hotellet ligger tæt på det lokale marked (hele bydelen handler fødevarer her hver formiddag). Pænt stort værelse på 3.sal ( ingen elevator ) Glimrende morgenmad. Hjælpsom reception. Man kan bestille både afhentning fra Lufthavnen i Catania og tilbagetransport (det gjorde vi og anbefaler det gerne).

Structure sympathique. Salle de bain vétuste et sommier fatigué. Personnel présent au petit déjeuner très envahissante ce qui a rendu ce moment familiale désagréable et peu apaisant. Top localisation dans l’île d’Ortigia - Syracuse

Parfait pour écumer les rues de Syracuse et à 10 minutes du site archéologique au top pour la localisation. La chambre au top, juste la salle de bain un peu décevante par rapport au standing du B&B

Llegamos tarde por problemas con el coche por lo que tuve que pagar un suplemento de 20€. Se nos dan habitaciones en 3ª planta sin ascensor. Llegamos a desayunar a las 9:00, siendo el desayuno de 8:30 a 10:30: -No había pan, se había gastado ya. -De embutidos solo lonchas de queso tan finas que se cogían con el cuchillo como si fuera mantequilla, muy escaso, tuvoimos que pedir cortasen varias veces. -La mantequilla en mal estado, nos tocaron desgraciadamente 3 porciones oxidadas. -Muy mal, un desastre. -Una pareja de personas mayores se fue sin desayunar.

La struttura si trova vicino al centro di Siracusa, ci sono circa 50 metri al buio senza illuminazione per raggiungerla, è presente la pompa di calore se manca la luce si rimane al freddo . Il secondo giorno è mancata la luce eravamo inpossibilitate a caricare i cellulari per fortuna dopo nostre insistenze è intervenuto il titolare praticamente bastava riattaccare il contatore. La stanza era spaziosa e abbiamo avuto la possibilità di avere 3 letti singoli, e scendere al primo piano dal secondo che eravamo. Manca l'ascensore. In bagno manca il doccino, per me scomodissimo necessaria la cuffia La colazione è servita in un bar vicino

The owners and staff are great people. We were there during a storm. They went the extra the mile even cooking dinner for us and offer also to the other staying at the hotel. Great location for everything! Would stay again for sure.

Bon hotel Ortigia

Ce petit hotel est très bien placé pour découvrir le presqu'île Ortigia, la vieille ville. Propre, pratique et notre chambre avec une grande terrasse et avec un parking public pas loin de l'hôtel. Seul petit b-mol : Le petit déjeuner de l'hôtel est je dirais "surveiller" par la propriétaire. Il y a un buffet mais on doit demander pour être servie du buffet, du coup ne nous nous sommes pas sentis très bien accueilli pour le petit-déjeuner.

Efficace

Des chambres spacieuses, propres, confortables. Déco simple mais efficace. Un bel accueil avec apéro. Une jeune fille blonde à l'accueil a été au petit soin avec nous en nous envoyant toutes les bonnes adresses et a même pris le soin de nous réserver une table dans le restau qui fait les meilleures pizzas de Syracuse.

La struttura e' ristrutturata e pulita, gestita da un ragazzo solare e disponibile. Ma soprattutto si trova in una posizione perfetta, in una parte di Ortigia poco turistica a due passi da tutti i maggiori siti d'interesse.
