「The staff was very nice」

「There were minor issues staff quickly resolved. Room was clean, provided extra towels / pillows upon request. Quick and painless check in. Very helpful staff. Price was very competitive for area. Would recommend/ stay again.」

「Even though the rooms seemingly were remodeled recently, it looks as if they do not do a very good job cleaning in between.」

「A real nice jacuzzi but it took help to get hot water. The staff was very courteous and helpful. Overall a very nice stay. A lot of hiking trails almost out the back door. I would recommend this place」

「Unfortunately our room smelled bad when arrived. Smelled like toilet didn't work. Later in the night we smelled cigarette smoke and woke up to our room smelling like stale cigarettes. Did tell front desk staff and they mentioned talking to manager when they arrived. It is too bad that it was a nice hotel but the smells were horrible」

「Staff stopped in each day to see if we needed anything, Room was large, bed was comfortable, liked the 2 sinks, wifi was good but not secure, breakfast was fair to good where eggs and sausage weren't very warm.The room was very damp-maybe somewhat weather-related-hard to get comfortable.」

「We’ve stayed at this hotel several times, usually a great experience. Only issue we had this last time was we were given keys to the wrong room. Another couple walked in while we just got there. Not the end of the world but could’ve ended up being super awkward!」
