"The bed sheets were not clean. Covered in both human and dog hair. Room was freezing. Looks to be an old converted shed sitting in a concrete pad. It was 5 degrees outside and we had a constant draft through the doors, windows, and cold air emitting straight from the floor. The home is old, which is no issue. "Booked online when we got to the hotel the office was closed with a note on the door saying to ask for refund the property was under renovation but they gladly took my money and when I contacted the company they acted like they had no idea still waiting for my refund havent herd from the company in a week"

"I have a good report, the reasons that follow are why only 4 stars. We had a great time, but our reservation was for a king size bed, we got in our room and it was two queen size, not exactly a way to celebrate a wedding anniversary. We also had a bit of a run around with our dogs. We were told yes, then was reading that we couldn't. We could, hence the need for a king bed. Although our visit was great this wasn't noticed till I checked out that the reservation was correct for the size bed. I thought I made a mistake, but I didn't. The only other issue I had, was that there wasn't some form of anti-skid mat or strips in the bath tub. My husband, while taking a shower slipped in the tub and hit his head. He is fine, but I believe shouldn't have happened."
