「I booked about a month prior to visiting. When we arrived there system had some sort of error and they couldn’t find my reservation. Therefore they didn’t have my room available. Mind you it’s 10:30 at night, I have two kiddos and a baby in the car desperately needing to go to sleep. It took the staff 45 minutes to try and figure out some sort of solution. 「stayed two nights here. cranky beds. thin wall and room smells mold。 most importantly, i left my bag there when i checked out. called them several times ,they say will check and call me back, never did. when i ask again, they said the room was clean and didnt seem to care that i lost ma IDs and car keys. so rude!!!!!」

「If you move in and find a lot of bugs, I have a good method to get rid of them without having to do it by hand. You can catch the bugs in the trash can and flush them down the toilet. But it's difficult to flush the bug corpses out of the room's toilet.」
