"This property pays attention to small details to ensure a comfortable relaxed stay. There were ear plugs and slippers provided, and the owner personally made a fresh pot of coffee to order for us. Small touches like books to read, original artwork, and coffee mugs with the hotel’s name emblazoned on them makes their guests feel at home. Highly recommended!"

"First of all, Holiday Inn Express is one of two hotels my wife and I prefer over any others. These two are slightly more expensive than some others, but the quality of the beds, staff, faclities, etc, and including the breakfasts, is usually worth it. NOT THIS TIME: The gravy for the biscuits and gravy was cold - not "not warm", cold. The "omelets" were cool at best. After I trashcanned the first plate, I dug another off the bottom of the tray. It was slightly warmer, not warm, certainly not hot. The sausage patties were cold, and tasteless. Worst of all, the traditional highlight of the HI Express breakfast - the cinnamon rolls were also not even warm except on the very top. (They were still quite excellent after I took them to the room and ran them in the microwave for half a minute). Basically, today, 3/25/26, about 7:30, breakfast just wasn't worth it."

"Undergoing renovations. I had to check out after one night. The noise was unbearable. The staff are great and I have stayed here several times before. I will absolutely return after the renovations are complete."
