The shop right by the lobby has the best prices in town for all souvenirs, concessions, snacks, and the owner was so friendly. There is also a connected photobooth studio as well.」

「It is in the heart of Old San Juan. Hard to find a place so convenient to walk in the city. Only thing bothering me is it is so hard to parking in holiday season. I didn't find anywhere as parking lots nearby are closed 」

「Great place to stay if you like bar hopping and its in the heart of old san juan easy acccess to tourist places . my only con is the stairs and how unmaintained the walls are granting its an old building. also too much noise outside the rooms from other people coming from the bars 10pm to 3 pm expect loud noises.」

They have other properties on the same block and it seems that they have one person working both. I provided them a full description of the area I was at and they still could not provide directions.
