「Our stay at La Esmeralda was absolutely wonderful. We spent 2 nights here and I loved the location to the airport and Old San Juan. It’s close to everything! The room was well kept with AC on when we arrived. Check in and Check out process was so efficient and easy. Even provided free secure private parking. There was a dog next door that barked at night. 「Was a quiet part of town but not in a bad way. I felt like it was more how the locals would live vs the resort and I liked it for that reason. The home was beautiful, and I got complimentary wine and a keychain which I'm definitely adding to my souvenirs. The only thing is they were difficult to contact at odd hours and carribiean time doesn't help.S o luckily nothing catastrophe happened. Nobody is there after hours and no one greeted me but that my just be my time here.Still I loved it here...

「We were only there for a short stay but the check in was easy and the woman was super friendly. We had gotten off of our ship early in the morning and the hotel let us keep our luggage there while we explored the city before our check in time. That was amazing! We were also actually able to check in a few hours early which was great!」
