"The rooms were lovely and modern as well as spacious. Great location and views. The housekeeping staff were amazing! Very helpful with extra bedding and great with additional towels/water etc. Not too intrusive or early with interrupting either. Also, the all inclusive food at the restaurant - plenty of choice and the staff great. Only slight negative was that 2 of the 3 water slides were never open. Possibly a small kitchen area in the room would be great. Otherwise, a superb stay and will definitely look to go back to a wonderful setting 😃👌"

"The term “luxury” is genuinely warranted. SUMMARY: A spacious, elegant, one-bedroomed, open-plan apartment with commanding views of the Atlantic from a glass-fronted balcony. Tasteful high spec decor. A relaxing & uplifting setting. DETAIL: A self-catering, south-west facing apartment on the 2nd storey of a small block on a high bluff overlooking the ocean. Solid party walls with apartments on either side so we were barely aware of our neighbours. The apartment block is in a quiet cul-de-sac sheltered from the bustle of the towns to the north and south. Most striking is the sight and the sound of the ocean. Although partially obscured by the top of a palm tree, the view of the ever-changing Atlantic and the sunsets beyond was fabulous. The sound of the waves filled the apartment. STAFF: The apartments are cleaned every day. Check-in comms were friendly and clear; access to the keys via lockbox was straightforward. WIFI: Excellent throughout LOCATION: Superb. Minutes from the beach; short walk from the quiet but varied Morro Jable shopping area to the south; 5 mins drive the grand and stylish parades of Solana Matorral to the North. IMPROVEMENTS: Though there is a very good microwave and induction hob, there is no conventional oven and very limited cooking equipment. OVERALL: 9/10 this was a fabulous stay. "Apart from the weather I had a great time staying here and would definitely be back or even recommend to others. The best part of this stay was the Spa for me. The room clean and spacious. Love the few days I stayed there. Nice , big and beautiful hotel. The selection of food was great and I must say the beef I had for dinner was so good. "

"The spa was relaxing but not good value for money. The premium upgrade is basically futile, you’re only entitled to a robe, a couple soft drinks in your fridge and the ability to reserve a spot in a slightly upgraded dining experience. Upon reflection I wish I didn’t upgrade. However my fiance had her birthday and when I disclosed it the staff put in an effort to make her feel special with complimentary cava and a birthday message. Overall, I won’t be coming back due to extortion and inadequate value for money. "
