「This property is beautiful. The staff was wonderful and very accommodating. Our room was great and the bed very comfortable. The pool area is great! The spa was my favorite…the whole experience from beginning to end was fantastic…I’d highly recommend Shanti for your massage. The food was delicious. It was fun seeing all the iguanas. The only bummer was they were doing some work on the property so strong paint odors and drilling noise but, it is the off season so I figured. 」

「Hotel was beautiful. Staff was super friendly and I had a great meal at the restaurant. The weather was rainy so I wasn’t able to use the pool, but it’s absolutely spectacular. Would definitely stay here again.」

「Very nice accommodation. The on site staff were all friendly and helpful. The road stays pretty noisy with vehicles climbing the hill, but the property and room are so nice we’ll be back despite the noise. 」

「Beautiful and peaceful property perfect for our first visit to Sayulita. Included breakfast every morning, the best breakfasts I've had in the last few years of travel in US and Asia. The friendly property manager provided top notch service everyday so we could truly enjoy our mini-vacation. I plan to return and I am recommending Casa de la Ballena to friends and family. 」

「Friendly staff. Good food and drink options. Excellent variety of gluten free food options with knowledgeable staff on allergy requirements. Rooms are a little funky with limited bathroom privacy. Double room had limited storage but king room had plenty of space for stuff. Beds were comfy. Property is spread out but they do offer golf cart shuttle. 」
