「We are retired and we’re only there because EasyJet cancelled our flight. However it was a great experience right from the start with Simone in reception. The buffet dinner and breakfast were really good. The facilities for kids looked amazing. 」

「Great hotel, good facilities, very clean, with extremely friendly, helpful and polite staff. The pools looked very inviting but I didn't use them due to a storm at the time of the visit. Excellent breakfast buffet, although evening buffet sometimes had fairly unexciting and limited vegetarian/ vegan options, but still ok. I would definitely recommend this hotel.」

「Wir hatten einen kaputten Duschkopf, der innerhalb kürzester Zeit ausgetauscht wurde! Das Personal war auch immer flott unterwegs, zudem sehr freundlich! Die leeren Teller wurden auch ruckzuck abgeräumt, sodass nicht alles voll stand ! 」

「I did not get info on how to get in and out of the hotel. The concierge is not always there! I had to ring my own taxi on leaving and it was difficult to re-access the building to pick up my baggage as I don't speak Spanish. The room was very tired in decor with multiple scrapes around the doors. It vibrated with the sound of the fridge (?). The only plus was the 6 minute walk to the beach. No breakfast. No snacks. Very basic.」
