「The staff were very welcoming and lovely. The room was clean and stocked with treats, the spa was sensational, and the meals were great. We did ask for our room to be cleaned and only the bed was made - they did not remove used drink glasses, wipe surfaces, or replenish the coffee pods for our espresso machine. But the drinks were strong, the pool was gorgeous, and overall very happy with our experience!」

「Can’t say enough about the staff at the Epavli Grace Hotel. They were extremely friendly and helpful . I had an insect bite and was unable to get anything for it as the pharmacies were closed in Sunday. The lady at reception called a friend at the hospital who immediately brought some anti sting cream to the hotel!!! Incredible! The rooms were large , clean and comfortable other than the hard sofa . The location was excellent and about a 10-15 minute walk to the waterfront shops and...

「Lovely hotel with a very substantial choice of breakfast - you can definitely eat like a king in the morning! Private dipping pool was great and location was quiet with a nice view of downtown. However, it is a bit far and you need a car or have to rely on buses (or just lots of walking including uphill on the way back). Staff were helpful and polite in general. Only drawback is the balcony part is not totally private, especially if the next door guests are outside at the same time.」

「The overall experience was good. The staff were very helpful and attentive. There was a bad smell in the first room we checked into, but they changed our room the next day, and the new room was much better. The housekeeping team also did a great job. The food and service at Zamana Restaurant were amazing as well. I have stayed at many five-star hotels around the world, and I would say the service here is definitely five-star. However, based on the condition and quality of the rooms, I wouldn’t...
