「Overall, the property has been updated nicely with comfortable beds, decor, furniture and fixtures. Note, the lobby and entire front of the building smelled like marijuana all evening. Our room was not ready at check-in, but we were easily transferred to a different room. Sadly, there was no toilet paper, no towels and no handsoap. Staff apologized and replenished. 「Super nice and simple room. Perfect for the simple town! Parking was easy and not far from the entrance. Lots of little shops, but we were there during Easter so not much of it was open. We were able to check out Cuyuna Brewing and Iron Range Eatery. Both good and friendly. Didn’t have to communicate with the staff during our stay. 」

「The room was clean and bed was comfortable. Rooms are very dated. The fireplace in the room didn’t work and the phone in the room didn’t work when I tried to call the desk for assistance. The front desk staff wasn’t very helpful. View of the lake was the best thing about the property. 」
