「I travel a lot, and this was the dumpiest hotel I’ve stayed in by far. The common areas were shabby. Our bathroom door didn’t close and the shower didn’t work. It’s hard to rate the cleanliness because of how decrepit the walls and floor were. The breakfast consisted of waffles, muffins, yogurt, bananas and juice. Usually there was no one at the front desk. I will never use this hotel again.」

「I found this Cozy hidden hotel in Staples. Stayed 1 night. The reception was amazing and provided a lot of detail information about the area. My room was clean and equipped with towels & bodywash. The bed slept so good. If you are looking for a room in the area, I recommend EconoLux you want be disappointed. I plan to return in the fall. 」

「SOOOOO DISSAPOINTING!!!!! I rarely write reviews, but this one was worth taking the time to do so. The listing on Expedia for the room option was a "family suite". From the pictures it looked like 2 adjoining rooms (which was totally fine). Under the description it put multiple beds and sleeps 7. When we checked in, they only gave us 1 room. Which wasn't enough beds for our group of 6. My husband showed all the info backing this up and they said they could give us the adjoining room for...

「Room was uncleaned, dirt on the floors, crumbs on the nightstands and the covers. Notified the phone number since no employees were on site, I got a message saying the room had been cleaned but after I sent photos proving it wasn’t clean they sent someone to clean it. After waiting an hour someone came only swapped the sheets and didn’t clean anything else.」

「Our room was very clean! The main front desk clerk was great and very helpful when we arrived late evening! My husband and I were here for our anniversary! What drew me to the Lodge and area was the spa and all they had to offer! We enjoyed a couples massage! Would definitely recommend the spa and hope to visit again soon」
