"The hotel.com provided wrong location of the hotel. I ended up in another hotel. I didn’t stay in this hotel. I stayed in another location of holiday inn hotel. The hotel manager told me to cancel the reservation and he will not charge for the reservation. "

"This is the third time we've stayed at this motel. The room was cozy and very clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. My only suggestion for a more comfortable stay would be to bring your own pillow, or for the motel to invest in more supportive pillows."

"Unfortunately I didn’t end up sleeping there do to my own person things but the upgrade was beautiful, the bed was firm but comfy when I did lay on it to test it. The room seemed quiet. The staff was amazing and very helpful. Thank you for the attempt at a great stay."
