「House keeping kept the rooms very clean and gave some personal touch too. While this is not a high end accommodation, all basic amenities for a family are there and secure. Right next to 5 th avenue. Will stay again . 」

「The main avenue was really close. The pool was nice. The staff was very helpful. The room was amazing. Only thing my bathroom was smelling like sewer and there was a lot of stairs. Otherwise it was actually really great and it was only one room out of the three.」

「The place is ok. Rooms are a bit dark. Breakfast is okay I didn’t expect something crazy but the bread was a bit hard, the ran out of coffee . The fruit was very good. Location is good . I think the value for what you get is fair at best. 」

「We were very impressed with this hotel. The staff were very friendly, rooms clean and modern and the location is perfect and relatively quiet. Our only suggestion would be better lounging furniture on the rooftop terrace as shown in some photos. 」

「I strongly do not recommend staying at this hotel. Here are the reasons for my disappointing experience: 1. Terrible Noise and Location The soundproofing is absolutely terrible. The hotel is located in a very noisy area, with several bars downstairs blasting deafening music until 2 AM every single night. It’s impossible to get a good night’s sleep. 2. 「Very nice rooms and well located. Areas of improvement could be 1) better tv channels, no us channels, very little in English -add Fox News. 2) bathroom has no door, more privacy exiting shower, 3) ice machines and laundry 4) beds are shorter than us standard 5) adding microwave would be nice 」

「This entire trip was a 12/10. The pick up at the airport was divine. Santi, Ricardo, and Bernardo, Freddy were amazing and took such good care of us. A trip to remember. One of my complaints was the all-inclusive, wasnt really all inclusive. Food on menu was not all included and when we arrived there was beer and sodas in our room.
