「Hi ALL, Couple of recommendation for this hotel future quests : 1. Show the address - hotel for some reason has two names and this could be confusing for drivers. 2. Because hotel personnel at the counter speak zero English prepare basic phrasis in Spanish to survive conversation 3. Get ready to pay extra fees for cleaning. I paid around 30 US dollars. No charges are well - explained. I have a very poor Spanish so I was not ready to argue with them. Either you have a good Spanish and...

「This hotel is absolutely beautiful, location is about 6 blocks from Puebla Zocalo, we walked there. Breakfast was always fresh made to order. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Place was super clean, always smelled great and we always had hot water for showers. I recommend it 💯 %」

「We had a lovely room and the hotel is very conveniently located. It felt a little strange that our room opened right onto the lobby (main floor near the entrance) but we didn't have any issues with noise. The hotel itself doesn't have many amenities and the rooftop cafe is only periodically open, though you can go upstairs to sit and enjoy the view anytime.」

「Excellent stay for 4 nights (with my husband and daughter). Very friendly and helpful front desk staff, clean rooms, access to rooftop deck for sunset and morning views of Volcano Popocopetl. Nice to have fitness room, but it could use a couple of mats and a few more weights and some other bands/balls/etc. one machine was not operating when plugged in but I was able to use it without power. Filtered hot and cold water was available in the lobby. Nice stay !」

「Our room was large and comfortable. We had a choice of a hot breakfast, in addition to the fruit plate, which was always beautifully presented and delivered with a smile. The staff throughout the hotel was consistently friendly and helpful, with a special shoutout to Cristina who helped us arrange our plans for the next day. Easy walk to the Zocolo and other sites. 」
