Great start to our Mexico vacation

This place is fabulous. We checked in at 1 in the morning and they made it fast and has everything ready. The room was one of the cleanest we have stayed in. The staff was very attentive and friendly. The breakfast was a lot of variety with a great taste of Mexico. The pool was warm and clean. The view from our room was nice. Our family of 5 would stay here again in a heartbeat.

The place was fine, clean, and the staff were friendly. The breakfast was fair to middling. Although sitting outside on the Terrace was close to the busy highway, hence kind of noisy. The immediate area close to the property consisted of a car rental, a fitness center, a restaurant, Starbucks, and an ATM area was nice, but leaving the area, you would face a very crowded and noisy boisterous roadway, not walkable, even unsafe, trying to walk to a store. The website indicates: "Free area shuttle up to 15 km." However, when one day I asked for a shuttle ride to downtown, which is 8-9 kilometers away, they said Sorry, no service. The TV set was a large screen TV, but an old one, and most of the channels had very bad quality sound...I wish they had a smart TV, or at least the Netflix...and the way the TV set was located, I had to turn my neck all the way to my left to see it...ouch...neck ache after 20 mins. As part of the "conveniences, " the ATM is being mentioned on the website, giving the impression there is an ATM on location, which is not the case. There was an ATM site outside the property in the small center, about 200 feet away. Otherwise, a nice place, polite, friendly staff. The building is nice, rather new and modern, but there is nothing around the property, such as a park, a center or a shopping center, or even a nice sidewalk street to walk. The closest thing was the historic center, the center of activities, was about 8-9 kilometers away.
