Relaxing times

Great location, property well maintained but the main rating is the customer service, this place is customer based, from the moment you arrive to the moment you leave, the attention to the customer is primal. Every employee I encountered was very polite and attentive, they are there to answer every question you could have or need. The food is also great and plenty, overall I recommend this place for your short or long stay. They will be there to make sure you enjoy your stay.

My family and I truly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful hotel. If you are ever in Puebla, please stay at this wonderful hotel. Staff was friendly, breakfast was great and it was close to the city center. No complaints here, when I got back to puebla, this is where I will be staying!

it does not live up to the Bnayan tree service level. The hotel is in good condition. The saffron restaurant is not that good.
