「Ricardo is wonderful and available to FaceTime all times of the day and bends over backwards to get things done to improve your stay. When we first arrived, the elevator didn’t work, we’re in our 70’s and hauling our luggage three flights up was very difficult after having been up 30 hrs. No one had reported the elevator was out of order to Ricardo yet. When we called him he got it fixed while we took a nap. He’s the best and the room lovely and very clean. Would highly recommend.」

「Luca is very kind and friendly, let us check-in early before official check-in time. The room is very big, clean, morden and so comfortable. Breakfast is also good. The hotel is very close to Metro Barbarini, however the station is closed one day before we arrival due to some accident, and we need to walk for 10 mins from previous station to the hotel but never mind~it is great stay in this hotel and will be back when we come to Roma again.」

「Our stay was very comfortable. The room was a decent size, with a clean modernised bathroom. The room had everything we could need for a short stay, with a kettle and coffee maker, and a small fridge, iron and ironing board. You're able to cast to the TV, so youtr not limited to certain channels. The hotel is directly opposite the Italian Defence base, so the area is safe to walk around, even at night. It's located very close to public transport, but most of Romes attractions are within walking...

「A very nice residence type accommodation. Service is exceptionally good. Breakfast is basic - family style.Location is fine after you first find it and get used to small-street environment.」

「The staff (Gina, Tea, Ethelle) are fantastic and extremely helpful. The location is close by to all activities. We have stayed twice and each time it has been a joy. The building is well maintained as are the rooms and facilities. Quiet area facing courtyards and large secure gates. Easy walks to any part of the city. We will be coming back in the future!」

「It's a nice hotel without zero to one bar wifi signal. Wifi outside the hotel is stronger than our room. I asked them to solve the issue three times and one of their staff told me to pay to have better wifi while there wasn't any wifi signal to begin with. They never solved the wifi issue 」

「The room was generous in size and perfectly met the needs of our family (2 teenage boys and a couple) The hotel was very well located for all the sights in Rome, either by walking or catching the bus/metro at the end of the road.」
