This hotel was an outstanding location, very clean and quiet. The only issue we had was the keypad to access the building and hotel in the evening. We could not get the keypad to work on multiple occasions and had the call the after hours number for assistance. Not sure if it was us or if they should consider a change of the keypad hardware.

For the Junior suite we got, the Kitchennette was fully functional (they have an individual portable electric burner instead of a stove), they have a minifridge and everything to cook with. I was positevely surprised and even for 4 people it was a really a good experience. It was very well kept and the bathroom was huge (a bit of an issue on the shower drain as it was not fast enough for the shower they have) but everything else was super. On the very expensive side, mind you, but if you are looking for something of quality and don't mind splurging, I can recommend it , specially if you don't want to spend it on a commercial branded hotel. Note that they do have a specific hour for their staffed front desk so if you arrive after those hours make sure you contact them by phone beforehand.

Sehr gute und zentrale Lage. Das Frühstück (nach Wahl) wird morgens per Servierwagen ins Zimmer gebracht. Eine kleine Küche war außerdem sehr praktisch. Das Hotelpersonal ist sehr freundlich!

Our stay was very comfortable. The room was a decent size, with a clean modernised bathroom. The room had everything we could need for a short stay, with a kettle and coffee maker, and a small fridge, iron and ironing board. You're able to cast to the TV, so youtr not limited to certain channels. The hotel is directly opposite the Italian Defence base, so the area is safe to walk around, even at night. It's located very close to public transport, but most of Romes attractions are within walking distance. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

The room was very clean and well stocjed. A bit small but felt very safe and goid location. A small elevatir to go up to the 4th floor or stairs. This is a guest house- a floor with rooms within a building that hosts a few other hotel (guest houses). I think our reservation got missed as it was a bit last minute so we got no welcome message and no reception onsite so we had no idea our room number or access code. Eventually i phoned the number and received all the info- not the end of the world but important to share. All was made up by an incredible breakfast sent to your room ( you choose menu). We would stay here again if nightly rate was a bit lower.

Overall the room is ok, small and clean but no sound insulation inside. Im disturd everytime the Main door is opened or closed. The AC is not functioning as I complained fortunately it's Autumn and not too hot. Breakfast is good a la carte so choose what you like and avoid waste. 3 Stars

We had to leave too early for the breakfast. We enjoyed our stay. Very quaint little hotel. Felt cozy and safe. A block away from the main drag so convenient to anything you need. Great stay!

Nice little boutique hotel. There were some communication issues with arranging a transfer from the port in Civitavecchia to the hotel that was a little frustrating as we were not told where to meet the driver and then told incorrectly, but we eventually made it. We had the triple room and it was nice sized and very clean. The other rooms were very small by United States standards - just fyi. The included breakfast was continental style but was delivered timely to your room. Most highlights were within walking distance but we opted for cab services. Tip: download the app FreeNow - it works like Uber but for taxis. Timely and reliable and you can order them ahead of time as well. Staff was friendly and helpful but only onsite from 7 am until about 4 pm. You get a code that takes care of your access to the property and room. Nice stay overall.
