The staff were amazing. The breakfast is good tell the manager J hello, he’s super sweet. Rooms are spacious and quiet. Go around the corner for a nice drink at the “other bar” and buy the girls a drink they are really nice.

Place is a little run down however for the price is very good, staff are efficient but by no means are they in a hurry, close to markets easy walk to beach or walking at Will stay there again

This is our second stay at the bauman burrri and we will absolutely return, the staff are absolutely amazing especially Aod!! Our room is perfect and cleaned everyday, this is a hotel for couples families and honeymooners!!! I can’t recommend this hotel highly enough!!!

Good stay

We stayed there 1 night before flying off from Phuket the next day. The rooms are quite spacious, we had a balcony and shower + bath tube The hotel location is nice to visit PAtong area ! We did not get the chance to use it but there is a swimming pool as well, and massage next to the pool The hotel is a bit old but for the price it is totally fine !!

Rooms not great, very hard beds, Internet hit and miss, towels old and grey coloured with holes need replacing! Very budget hotel but it was also cheap so you get what you pay for. Suited me as needed to be near dentist. Pool was clean and good with adequate loungers, pool towels done better than others. Close to otop market. On if you're not too fussy and want cheap, would not stay here again though.

The breakfast was poor the hotel had food warmers but were not used also the food was I think reused it definitely was not up to a western menu.Thefood may be acceptable for Russian and Arab people but definitely not for western countries you only have to go over the road and pay for a breakfast at the Marriott to find out what a proper breakfast is and cheaper as well.The staff were very good the rooms were clean but very outdated ,I think management should be changed to give the hotel a facelift.My opinion will probably be answered the same way as every other complaint is

Nice hotel and good location Only small problem for me was many times you are at the pool bar and waiting for ages for someone to serve you , but for a hotel the drinks are cheap even cheaper than all the bars The staff are friendly and the pool is a good size and plenty of sunbeds

The property’s it need major renovations to bring it to modern standard. Staff difficult to deal with, when their is problems. There not much variety in breakfast, same every morning, u less they have function the night before. The leftover is breakfast the next morning.

Upon check in the counter staff were very helpful and pleasant. We had an issue with our safe so they sent some to repair who hung around for 20 minutes then took our safe as it was defective. We then were told he would be back in ten minutes which we waited and never saw him. We went out with our possessions we didn’t want to lose and came back later that night to still find no safe. When I asked staff where my safe was I was brushed off. We also had a spill from a previous guest that wasn’t cleaned in the room. And the fridge had a massive puddle of water in it. The stay was Ok but wouldn’t return on these basis. Room was a 5/10 for the rate we paid. Would not spend more then a $100 Canadian a night on that hotel.
