Great secret spot with a view.

Everything was great except they didn’t have a spa hot tub. they had some construction on at the pool area. The breakfast was so so. The staff was great and the location and views were excellent.

The Hotel was beautiful, views stunning, staff very accommodating! The only issue is its not in walking distance to either Karon or Patong. This is only a minor, we hired a scooter. Food is a little pricey but other then that it was a lovely, clean, quiet hotel & would definitely recommend a stay there!

Wow! Definitely returning back here in future! View’s overlooking are simply breathtaking and sunsets from infinity pool fantastic and the restaurant views looking to Karon beach at night are dazzling with buzzing lights etc

Great location, great facilities... However, you often see up to 6 members of staff behind the reception desk, doing what? Try cleaning up the pool area, pick up leaves.. Poorly run, dirty pool area, and seems to be going to ruin. Dreadful wifi...

I’d give it 3.5 star so keep your expectations in tact. The gym; forget about it … it’s garbage! Breakfast is ok but too busy. The restaurant has a beautiful view though. The one bedrooms are on the other side of the highway but they have transportation non-stop.

The property description on Expedia is a total lie, 4 min walk to beach is more like a hour plus, if you don't get killed on the very busy 4 lane highway with no sidewalk, also restaurant is across this highway, you better be in good shape to walk to your room, everywhere is on a very steep incline, no staff are the least bit helpful, rooms are very run down, construction all over he place, just avoid this place at all cost.

Property overrall is looking run down. Some repairs and cleanup to be done. Information about beach access was confusing in resort distribution page. There is absolutely no walking access to the beach.

It was ok. The photos were nicer than the real facility. Pool was dirty and has cracked on some parts. Hard to walk up and down the hill but they have guess motor cars to drop off and pick up from the room. However, we waited quite long for them to pick us up when we checked out. Food was just ok. Not many options to choose. The view at the restaurant was amazing.

Really stunning property, a bit in the middle of nowhere. Service was absymal. Complaints were laughed at and some of the staff v rude, ie waking you up in.tge morning with loud talking and bangining when cleanimg rooms of those who hsve checked out. Complain and you just get told "ok, ok". Had to wait best part of an hour plus 4 calls to reception just for toilet roll!

It has a view that is breathtaking, the resort as well is very beautiful. The reception staff is very polite, but apart of this they need to change a lot of things to be the best. The cleanliness of the room and the pool is very poor, maybe is better to hire more people cause there was only one housekeeper going up and down through all the resort. The breakfast service as well needs to be changed, no European choices at all. Most of the things were noodles and in a morning we also found bolognese pasta that was there. If maybe they focus more on those things can succeed.
