Situated between Kata and Karon beach. 100 meters to the beach out front door. Close to Dino park and Kata beach road and night market! On site spa facility with cheap prices! View of ocean and pool area is peaceful!

overall service was poor, room was not cleaning well at each day. Incorrect linen left each ie: one towel for two ppl. I would not recommend this Korona Beach Resort & Spa to friends or family as there are many other resorts in the area who provide better overall service.

冷房が20度以下に設定すると壊れると表記があったので20度に設定。 全然涼しくなりません。 暑い外から戻ってきた時や寝る時はキツかったです。 暑がりやさんはキビシイかも。 シャワーの水圧も弱く時間かかります。 シャワージェルとシャンプーは有りました。 灰皿は無いですがバルコニーでたばこ吸えます。 海が見えるのが良かったです。 朝のバイキングも普通。 5Fだったので、エレベーターで4Fに行ってから長い廊下を歩き階段を登っていく感じ。ちょっとコンビニ行きたい時や出かける時なんかは面倒くさいかも。 セブンイレブンは500m歩きます。 一番近いのはセブンイレブンでは無いですが少し歩けば有ります。 日本語が出来るスタッフがひとりも居なかったので英語は勉強しておきましょう。

Nicht weit vonm schönen Karon Strand. Wasser und Sand wirklich super. Zuwenig Mülltonnen in der Stadt, geht aber auch schlecht weil die Gehwege sehr schmal sind.

Good location for the beach and the town. The hotel itself was a bit dated and smelt a bit musty (especially the spa - although my husband said his massage was excellent). We didn't really use the restaurant or bars - the pool bar closed early evening and the restaurant had no atmosphere whatsoever. Breakfast was ok. Next time I will pay the extra for a resort which has more facilities and a beach view from the pool.

Mukava hotelli erittäin hyvällä sijainnilla. Aamupala maittava ja palvelu hyvä. Hotelli on rinteessä ja siinä ei ole hissiä. Sänky oli tosi kova muuten huone tilava ja siisti.

When we arrived at the hotel after a long day of travel, they told us our room had been cancelled by Expedia and we needed to pay them again directly. When I called Expedia this was not the case. We felt a though they were trying to scam us so we booked another room. Now, Expedia has been trying to contact them to figure out what was happening and they have no been returning any calls or emails.

fint hotel med skøn beliggenhed

Fint hotel med god beliggenhed og pæn standard i forhold til pris. Hvis man kan klare en del trapper (ingen elevator) så får du her et godt hotel til billige penge med rigtig god beliggenhed i forhold til skøn strand og rigtig hyggelig by med gode spisnings- og shoppingmuligheder. Det største minus var at sengene ikke var gode når man sov to i samme seng. Hvis den ene vendte sig, så vækkede man samtidig den anden da sengene var skrøbelige. Vi havde værelser med skøn havudsigt og var rigtigt glade for opholdet.

I think the staff are excellent and the amenities are up to standard I do however think charging over Au$55 to hire the key to a safety deposit box in your room is a bit cheeky given every other resort I've ever stayed in includes that amenity without extra cost

Horrible manager. He did not refund when we did not stay at the property at all. He overselled shabby looking hotel by falsely putting photos on lastminute.com.au. My mother who is 65 year old was put in a shabby room at 4AM in the morning. When we paid for Deluxe room they put us in a shabby dark room and DID NOT REFUND my money. Only for money making business with no hospitality towards customers.

You can’t really moan a ‘bout Karona!

We enjoyed our stay in this tired, three star hotel with a beach view. The beach was unswimmable because of rips and no lifeguards because it was low season. The hotel has seen better days but most things worked with the exception of wifi and hot water which took an eternity to come through. I only had cold showers as I couldn’t be bothered to wait for hot water. Wi fi was woeful. I had to sit on the balcony to get a weak signal and frequent drop outs. However, the place was clean and there is plenty of cheap eating nearby and staff are kind and nice but have limited language skills. Breakfast is a standard hotel buffet with cereal, fruit, bread and pastries and eggs done as you want them.it was a great place to use as a base and cheap so you get what you pay for.
